Patagonia Top end mountaineering clothing and a deep commitment to the environment. Employees can take sabbaticals for environmental causes, they only use organic cotton in clothes, they provide daycare, etc, etc.

Ethics

The Ethics Connection  The Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University, focused on ethics in business, health care, technology, public policy and education, has developed practical tools and training to help people figure out for themselves the right thing to do. The site features a thread-driven interactive forum for exploring ethics issues.

Ethics Resource Center The ERC is a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization whose vision is an ethical world. Its mission is to be a leader and a catalyst in fostering ethical practices in individuals and institutions. The ERC fulfills its vision and mission through its groundbreaking ethics work in four core leadership areas: Institution & Coalition Development, Research & Knowledge Building, Education & Advocacy and Consulting & Technical Assistance.

The Foundation for Ethics and Meaning "seeks to reawaken and foster the simple yet transformative belief that people are yearning for meaningful connection to others and to a purpose greater than themselves. Josephson Institute of Ethics. Nonprofit and nonpartisan organization based in Los Angeles. In addition to their work with businesses, law enforcement groups and government agencies, they administer the national CHARACTER COUNTS! Coalition and the Foundations for Life writing program.
